OUR METHODS The ADD Centre uses an educational skills training approach that uses neurofeedback and biofeedback training that is proven effective to help people with ADD/ADHD learn to focus, concentrate, to control impulsive and hyperactive behaviours and remove the need for medication. The training makes our students confident and motivated to reach their potential and achieve success.
