The Ulkatcho First Nation is a Dakelh First Nation located in Anahim Lake, British Columbia, at the western edge of the Chilcotin District. The community is comprised of the Ulkatchoten ethnic group, which has intermarried with both Nuxalk and Chilcotin peoples, sharing territory within the Coast Range.
Operating under four major departments—social development, health, education, and housing/public works—the Ulkatcho First Nation is committed to the well-being and development of its community. Their traditional territory includes the waters flowing west on the Chilcotin Plateau and encompasses Tweedsmuir Park.
