Park by Sidewalk is a gorgeous oasis, a place of beauty, greenery and light in the heart of downtown Calgary. Located in Central Memorial Park, Park restaurant is internationally nationally renowned for its unique design and food offerings. Our main dining area is a one of a kind indoor-outdoor structure, the only one in Canada, was designed as a homage to the quiet spaces we go to experience nature within a city, and to the park’s century old “Garden Rooms” used for courting in Victorian times. Filled with plants, cacti, fern and a fig tree, beehive roof provides stunning backdrop and clear acoustics, the skin of the building is designed to maintain pleasant temperature and moisture and diffuses light.
