There are more than hundred national dishes: salads and snack (dolma, lobio), soups (kharcho, dyushbara), farinaceous dishes (khachapuri, khinkali, manti, cheburek, samosa), meat dishes (adzhapsandat, odzhakhur, pilaf), sweets, dishes from the tandoor.
