Getaway Studios Leuven

Leuven is our hometown and where our first Getaway project, residence Lipidus, saw the light of day. Residence Lipidus is situated in the Vital Decosterstraat, near the very center of the town. The residence has been thoroughly renovated and now counts 50 exquisite studio's of the Deluxe, Superior and Executive type. There are 6 parking lots. It’s only a short stroll from Residence Lipidus to the Grand Place, the Old Market and the trainstation. The Vital Decosterstraat gives easy access to the main exit roads leading to the business parks and major highways.
