Born out of love for hospitality, food and tradition, with the desire to present all guests with Herzegovinian cuisine, original but also in a modern guise. URBAN taste of the Orient. Growing up in a traditional family, watching our grandmothers and mothers preparing most delicious food of Bosnian cuisine with love, but at the same time travelling the world and developing cosmopolitan spirit, at the year 2010 we decided with our traditional meals to inspire our new life. We created iconic place of Mostar’s gastronomy scene, but also a inevitable tourist destination where we are serving our finest meals, prepared by old recipes. Walking slowly along the Mostar cobblestone, looking for the best view on the Old Bridge, you will come to the doors, that will bring you five hundred years backwards. You will think you are on the threshold of the Orient, but at the same time feel a whiff of Mediterran. That is the secret that restaurant Urban - Taste of Orient.
